Supervision Skills Workshop

WCS offers two different types of supervision training workshops. The Supervision Skills Workshop is designed to help staff who work in health and social care settings provide supervision to their staff and volunteers and utilises the  4X4X4 model developed by Tony Morrison. The workshop is suitable for staff who are currently supervising staff and those who are going to take on a supervisory role.

The Counselling Supervision Workshop is designed for counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists who give and receive supervision as part of therapeutic work and utilises the Cyclical Model developed by Page and Wosket. The workshop is suitable for therapists who supervise other therapists and those who would like to develop their understanding and skills in this area.

Training courses can be delivered for teams for a fixed cost and agencies can offset their costs of hosting training by offering places on the training course to staff from other services.
